Maintenance Tech - Full Time (Every Other Weekend Required)

Location: 230 W Galbraith Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45215, USA; onsite, full-time, with every other weekend required

Salary: $22–$23 per hour

What you will do

• Complete maintenance work orders throughout the community.
• Prepare apartments for move-in through repairs and general maintenance.
• Perform installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
• Handle equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping projects.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours calls while following safety and disaster procedures.
• Order and organize supplies, maintain mechanical areas, and drive residents on trips when needed.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required.
• General mechanical or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clear, positive communication and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination unless exempt under applicable conditions.
