Maintenance Technician (Property Operations)

What you will do

• Respond to and complete resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform general repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents through repairs and inspections.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and identify issues across the property.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of buildings, common areas, and grounds.
• Maintain tools, equipment, inventory, and compliance with safety procedures.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work indoors and outdoors.
• Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
