What you will do

• Complete work orders throughout the community.
• Perform repairs and preparation work in apartments before move-in.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies.
• Handle general maintenance projects, including plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, and equipment repair.
• Perform snow removal and landscaping work as needed.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required.
• General mechanical or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Communicate clearly and positively with residents, colleagues, and visitors.
• Work independently and maintain a proactive, can-do approach.
