Senior Recruiter (Consumer Tech)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders across multiple brands to shape hiring strategies and anticipate talent needs.
• Own full-cycle recruiting across Product, Marketing, Business, Operations, Commercial, Corporate, and technical functions.
• Build talent maps, sourcing strategies, and passive-candidate pipelines across competitive markets.
• Track skill sets, compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, and recruiting funnel data to inform decisions.
• Improve hiring processes, interview calibration, and competency-based evaluation.
• Guide offer decisions and collaborate with HRBPs on hiring and organizational strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience supporting Product, Business, or technical organizations in high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and independently leading business-critical searches from intake through close.
• Exceptional sourcing and talent-mapping skills, including passive-talent engagement.
• Strong knowledge of structured interviewing, assessment methods, process optimization, recruiting analytics, and funnel data.
• Excellent communication and hiring-manager advisory skills.
• Experience with modern sourcing platforms, AI-enabled recruiting tools, and ATS platforms such as Lever or Greenhouse.
