Talent Acquisition Consultant (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA campus; travel of up to 25% may be required.

Salary: $53,300–$100,700 per year.

What you will do

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for exempt and high-volume non-exempt roles within Customer Operations.
• Define hiring requirements, forecast staffing needs, source candidates, and manage screening and selection processes.
• Conduct structured interviews and assessments while advising hiring managers and selection teams.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through networking, outreach, referrals, and employer-brand initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate campus recruitment activities, including information sessions and career fairs.
• Track recruiting performance, monitor market trends, and develop alternative sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of recruitment and selection experience, including full-cycle and high-volume recruiting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, decision-making, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and manage competing demands in a flexible, adaptable manner.
• Experience working in a metric-driven environment and recruiting across national or international, multi-location environments.
• Technical aptitude with internet sourcing, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
