Associate Product Training Specialist (Defense Vehicles)

Location: hirify.global, Wisconsin, United States; travel required up to 60%

Pay range: $57,600–$90,400 per year

What you will do

• Assist Lead Instructors with classroom presentations and hands-on technical training for customers.
• Support training delivery for various tactical vehicle platforms.
• Provide technical input for curriculum updates, course preparation, content reviews, and pilot courses.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback about course content and vehicle support.
• Update training materials with technical and procedural changes.
• Prepare training vehicles, equipment, and classroom materials for course delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic experience or familiarity with heavy truck operation, maintenance, or mechanical systems.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Nice to have

• ASE certifications or a Commercial Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Defense or military defense vehicles.
• Experience assisting with training, mentoring, or instructing varied audiences.
