Fleet Development Facilitator-Field (Menomonie)

Salary: $73,500–$106,500 annual salary, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Deliver and co-facilitate Fleet Development training for Driver Trainees and Regional Training Center associates.
• Provide feedback, coaching, mentoring, and additional training to Fleet Development Trainers.
• Conduct facilitation audits, One Best Way consistency tours, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Support training content development, assessment reviews, and alignment across Fleet Development classes.
• Implement change initiatives through classroom and virtual classroom facilitation.
• Monitor virtual reality training utilization and end-of-day activities across multiple Fleet Development locations.

Requirements

• Current interstate Class A Commercial Driver’s License with Hazmat endorsement, or ability to obtain the Hazmat endorsement within 120 days of hire.
• Three years of full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving experience within the previous seven years.
• Valid driving history meeting Walmart’s requirements for moving violations, serious traffic violations, DUI/DWI/OUI, and preventable accidents.
• Experience with training or facilitation is preferred.
• Preferred experience includes 250,000 over-the-road tractor/trailer miles.
