USA Fleet Development Facilitator (Pottsville, PA 7830)

Location: Pottsville, Pennsylvania, United States; primary location at the Regional Training Center.

Annual salary: $73,500–$106,500, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Co-facilitate classroom and virtual training content for Driver Trainees with senior leaders.
• Provide feedback to Driver Trainees, Fleet Development leaders, trainers, and Regional Training Center teams.
• Conduct facilitation audits, consistency tours, risk assessments, and compliance reviews across Regional Training Centers.
• Support the development, review, and assessment of Fleet Development learning content.
• Deliver training through Academy Connect, virtual classrooms, and virtual reality, including specialty and change initiatives.
• Train, mentor, supervise, and follow up with Fleet Development Trainers while supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Current interstate Class A Commercial Driver’s License with Hazmat endorsement, or ability to obtain the endorsement within 120 calendar days of hire.
• Three years of full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving experience within the previous seven years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last three years and no serious traffic violations during that period.
• No alcohol- or drug-related DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless-driving convictions within the last ten years.
• No preventable commercial motor vehicle accidents within the last three years, no preventable DOT-recordable accidents within the last ten years, and no preventable fatality or catastrophic-injury accident.

Nice to have

• 250,000 miles of over-the-road tractor/trailer experience.
• Experience as an over-the-road tractor/trailer driver.
• Training or facilitation experience.
• No moving violations during the last three years.
