Operations Specialist - North Watford Gathering

What you will do

• Operate gathering systems, compressor stations, and related equipment safely.
• Support capital projects, daily gathering-system operations, compressor maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Pig pipelines regularly and assist with measurement duties, including sampling.
• Perform daily equipment checks, complete reports and documentation, and respond to equipment callouts.
• Report safety, environmental, and excessive-downtime issues; oversee contract work and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Follow company policies, operating practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years of relevant experience and general knowledge of compressor stations, gathering systems, and processing plant operations.
• Working knowledge of mechanical equipment and safe handling of flammable gases, liquids, and high-pressure systems.
• Good verbal and written communication, customer orientation, basic math, and sound decision-making skills.
• Valid state operating license with a driving record insurable under company standards.
• Ability to work onsite outdoors in hazardous conditions, climb equipment, enter confined areas, lift and transport heavy loads, and pass SCBA fit testing and screening.
