Field Service Technician I (Gas Utilities)

Location: Carrollton, TX 75006, United States; field work at customer job sites.

What you will do

• Manage and troubleshoot Automated Meter Reading endpoint installations.
• Program and operate wireless meter endpoints.
• Complete installations while meeting reporting and quality-control requirements.
• Build strong working relationships with customers, teammates, and leadership.
• Participate in ongoing training to meet regulatory requirements and support professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service orientation.
• Reliable transportation to job sites, a valid driver's license, and a safe driving record.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools.
• Experience working with gas utilities or a related field.
• Experience with Operator Qualification training and certification.
