Senior Strategic Finance Analyst

Location: Hybrid role requiring three days per week in an office in Portland, Medford, Fargo, Burlington, Vancouver, Spokane, Renton, Boise, Lewiston, or Salt Lake City. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the selected office.

Salary: $101,200–$136,900 expected annual hiring range in Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho; $90,906.79–$122,991.55 expected annual hiring range in North Dakota. Bonus target: 15%.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted finance business partner by providing financial guidance, consultation, and governance.
• Build budgets, forecasts, complex financial models, variance analyses, and business reports.
• Prepare cost-benefit, return-on-investment, and capital-resource analyses for business opportunities, proposals, contracts, and product development.
• Support cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives while advising stakeholders on complex business issues.
• Coordinate large workstreams, guide analysts, deliver presentations, and provide training to internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Lead positive change independently and mentor analysts and other colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 7–9 years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of business principles, policies, procedures, and multiple business areas.
• Ability to conceptualize solutions, develop alternatives to complex problems, and influence stakeholders through clear communication.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with three days per week in a commutable office location.
• Background check required; access to a personal mobile device is required for MFA.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or ASA designation.
