Finance Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; hybrid and in-office

Salary: $112,000–$154,000 per year, plus eligibility for discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Revenue Cycle Management leadership, supporting cash collection, performance analysis, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with IDTF leaders across service centers in Houston, New Jersey, the Bay Area, and Minnesota on volume forecasting, capacity planning, operational scaling, and performance management.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and analytical frameworks covering operational and financial performance drivers.
• Create executive dashboards, scorecards, and Power BI reporting solutions for enrollment, hardware deployment, throughput, cash collections, and financial performance.
• Analyze the financial journey from enrollment and device deployment through revenue generation and cash collection, identifying opportunities to improve performance and accelerate cash realization.
• Lead budgeting, variance analysis, planning, data integrity validation, and presentation of recommendations to operational and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, business analytics, strategic finance, operational finance, or a related discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis capabilities.
• Advanced Power BI and data visualization experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, ownership, and business-partnering skills.
