Financial Analyst III (FP&A)

What you will do

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning for Product Management and Engineering.
• Perform variance analysis and communicate financial results to Finance and Product leaders.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on investment recommendations and product roadmaps.
• Evaluate business cases for R&D portfolio expansion and engineering initiatives.
• Support headcount planning, CapEx and OpEx analysis, purchase order management, and project-level P&L tracking.
• Maintain reporting accuracy, ensure compliance with financial policies, and improve Finance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and lead cross-functional efforts.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Interest in emerging finance tools and process improvement.
