B Shift DC Training Coordinator

Location: US - IN US8 Midwest Distribution Center; onsite distribution center role

What you will do

• Conduct post-training evaluations to verify associate competency, adherence to standard work, and training effectiveness.
• Author, review, and maintain Standard Work Instructions for clear and consistent operational execution.
• Maintain accurate, complete, compliant, and audit-ready training records using Good Documentation Practices.
• Support distribution center operations while maintaining accountability for training documentation and standard work accuracy.
• Conduct MOST-based labor measurement studies and support User Acceptance Testing for systems, tools, and process changes.
• Support continuous improvement through process observation, data collection, root cause analysis, and validation of improvement actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in distribution center or warehouse operations and in audit-driven documentation environments.
• Experience with training evaluations, competency assessments, and Standard Work Instructions or procedural documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices, attention to detail, and ability to apply standard work consistently.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills required.
• Ability to collaborate with Training, Operations, and functional partners, manage multiple priorities, and use Microsoft Office or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
