DC Designated Trainer (Sat, Sun, Mon)

Location: R1 Dry DC, Uxbridge, Massachusetts, United States; onsite. Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 4:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Salary: $23.50–$28.20 per hour, plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential; additional pay may be based on experience.

What you will do

• Conduct office and on-the-job training for new hires, department transfers, and temporary associates.
• Train team members on work procedures, equipment operation, safety policies, and company policies.
• Coordinate training schedules with department management and conduct weekly assessments.
• Maintain training documentation and communicate progress and recommendations to management.
• Participate in facility and department audits, safety committee activities, and incident reviews.
• Mentor team members and support other departments and operational functions as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse workforce.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other powered equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and perform standing, bending, twisting, and lifting for up to 8 hours per day.
