Director, Amazon

Location: Remote, United States; employee's home nationwide

Base salary: $190,300–$237,900 per year, plus performance-based bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the Amazon business as General Manager, including net sales, market share, profitability, and long-term strategy.
• Develop and execute one- to three-year strategic plans, annual operating plans, portfolio strategies, assortment plans, and innovation launches.
• Lead vendor negotiations, customer planning, forecasting, pricing, promotions, trade investment, and P&L performance.
• Coordinate Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Media, eCommerce Content, Category Management, and Operations around shared Amazon priorities.
• Improve digital shelf execution, retail media effectiveness, search optimization, PDP content, ratings and reviews, and full-funnel activation.
• Manage senior Amazon stakeholder relationships and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Amazon team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Sales, eCommerce, Customer Development, or General Management within CPG or related industries.
• Significant experience leading Amazon or large omnichannel eCommerce businesses.
• Proven success managing complex P&Ls and delivering profitable growth.
• Strong understanding of the Amazon retail ecosystem, retail media, supply chain, and digital commerce.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, analytical, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
