Director, Sales Channel & Affiliates - Global Partnerships, Corporate Tax

Location: USA-GA-Remote; permanent remote role with a preference for candidates located in EST. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

Salary: $137,900.00–$246,350.00 USD, plus commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead senior managers and high-level professionals within the Sales Channel and Affiliates area.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue through channel partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with top-tier and strategic channel partners.
• Lead high-level negotiations and discussions with key partners.
• Monitor sales strategies and partner activities, using performance data to guide decisions.
• Resolve critical issues and collaborate with executive leadership on the future direction of channel sales.

Requirements

• Experience leading senior managers and high-level professionals.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with strategic partners.
• Ability to evaluate performance and analyze complex market and performance data.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational alignment skills.
• Preferred availability for EST working hours and ability to work remotely from the United States.
