Senior Analyst - Insurance and Risk Financing

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the office and up to one day working from home.

Base salary: $76,300–$104,900 per year, with potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Support corporate risk transfer and risk financing programs, including captive insurance operations, renewals, policy management, claims coordination, and exposure data collection.
• Analyze operational risk, loss, and claims data using reporting tools and the Risk Management Information System.
• Maintain the RMIS and prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Support safety, ergonomics, regulatory, OSHA compliance, business continuity, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
• Assist with vendor risk management and contract administration, including documentation, tracking, and invoice processing.
• Collaborate with business units and support functions to share risk information and support mitigation decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, accounting, or finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, insurance, or risk management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Financial and analytical reporting skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external parties, facilitate discussions under pressure, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Valid United States work authorization is required without current or future visa sponsorship needs, including H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, or TN.
