Senior Risk Management Analyst

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States; occasional travel may be required.

What you will do

• Develop and support risk management tools, practices, policies, reporting, and tracking processes.
• Administer property, auto, general liability, and workers compensation claims with insurance carriers and internal businesses.
• Prepare workers compensation loss runs, support actuarial analysis and reserve adjustments, and forecast annual insurance costs.
• Evaluate contract insurance terms and third-party certificates of insurance against company requirements.
• Track FM Global engineering recommendations, insurance payments, renewal exposures, and cost-of-risk allocations.
• Manage risk management systems and SharePoint pages, support state-specific reporting and audits, and maintain active location listings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in risk management, business, or finance.
• Five years of experience in risk management, business, or finance preferred.
• Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, interpersonal, project management, and teamwork skills.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• CRM, ARM, or equivalent certification preferred.
