Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Location: Minneapolis, United States; frequent paid travel to the Minneapolis headquarters for company and team events and in-person collaboration.

Salary: $75,000–$93,000 annually, inclusive of a 15% bonus.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve Adaptive Insights and dashboard-driven financial reporting.
• Support monthly close reporting, financial results analysis, variance reporting, and executive-level reporting materials.
• Build forecasts, assumptions-based models, scenario analyses, and long-range corporate planning projections.
• Analyze forecast-versus-actual results, identify root causes, and communicate actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate financial data, identify integrity issues, and develop repeatable data-cleanup processes.
• Improve operating metrics by applying AI and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual work.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate financial detail for non-finance audiences.
• High analytical rigor and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and ethics.
