Process Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Develop processes for new parts and create fixture and process documentation.
• Analyze product and process risks with cross-functional teams and document them in PFMEA.
• Support each engineering phase of APQP for new project development as a CFT member.
• Resolve production process issues, maintain process documentation, and implement process improvements.
• Assist with new equipment installation, process testing, and debugging of products and tools.
• Optimize equipment layouts and process flows, reduce costs, support secondary machining, and train operators.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in PM production.
• Understanding of powder-metal parts processes.
• Experience with process improvement, technical problem solving, and production support.
• Ability to participate in risk analysis, APQP, and PFMEA activities.
• Ability to follow HSE regulations and take responsibility for HSE work in the assigned area.
