Process Engineering Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead plant layout, production line design, process optimization, and industrialization activities.
• Ensure readiness for new product launches, including APQP, PPAP, validation, and SOP.
• Drive Lean and VPS initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen KPI performance.
• Manage capacity planning, engineering changes, CAPEX, and the engineering budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal departments and APAC/global teams.
• Develop and coach the process engineering team and support supplier development and technical evaluations.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in automotive or process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Lean/VPS, capacity analysis, and process improvement.
• Proven leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and IATF 16949 quality standards.
