Associate Financial Systems Analyst (ERP)

Location: Dallas, Texas, USA; four days a week in the office with one hybrid/remote day

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide functional and technical support for Deltek Vantagepoint, HighRadius, SAP Concur, ADP Workforce Now, and related finance applications.
• Troubleshoot user issues, resolve routine system requests, and escalate complex problems.
• Administer user accounts, security roles, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Maintain, import, export, reconcile, and validate data while supporting financial and operational reporting.
• Assist with workflows, configurations, testing, upgrades, patches, deployments, documentation, and user guides.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, HR, IT, and software vendors on support and acquisition integration initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting enterprise business or financial systems, including an ERP, HRIS, or expense management platform.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, customer service, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
• Experience with SAP Concur, ADP Workforce Now, HighRadius, or similar enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Excel, SSRS, Power BI, Power Query, SQL Server, and TSQL fundamentals.
• Experience with professional services, engineering, consulting, acquisitions, system integrations, workflow automation, or financial reporting tools.
