Sr Supply Chain Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Greenville, Texas, United States. U.S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

What you will do

• Lead supply chain strategies aligned with business and program objectives.
• Improve supply chain processes, efficiency, cost performance, visibility, and key performance indicators.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships, material flow, negotiations, and program-driven changes.
• Develop Statements of Work, requirements packages, milestone payment plans, and subcontract lifecycle activities.
• Manage risks across subcontractors and procured parts, presenting mitigation plans to leadership and customers.
• Coordinate with procurement, subcontract management, engineering, program management, and leadership while managing budgets and supplier performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 11+ years of experience in operations or a related area.
• Extensive subcontract management experience, including SOW development, supplier negotiations, risk mitigation, and contract compliance.
• Knowledge of commodity, category, sourcing management, manufacturing timelines, technical requirements, and cost and schedule analysis.
• Strong understanding of FAR and DFARS procurement requirements and experience presenting business cases.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• CPSM or CPIM certification.
• Leadership experience managing large-scale supply chain operations and complex subcontract portfolios.
• Experience supporting government contracts and using ERP, P2P, or S2P systems.
