Compressor Maintenance Lead

Location: Radnor, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at the hirify.global headquarters and in the field

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for the compressor maintenance team and serve as a primary technical resource for field technicians and regional companies.
• Direct onsite supervision and hands-on execution of multi-stage compressor overhauls and complex maintenance for high-pressure systems.
• Review maintenance logs to ensure repairs meet hirify.global standards and manufacturer requirements.
• Lead field testing and performance analysis for new compressor maintenance technologies.
• Provide process and instrumentation diagrams for regulatory compliance and implement best operating practices for regional cylinder fills.
• Coordinate specialized tooling, spare parts, inventory, and field-service logistics to support first-visit job completion.

Requirements

• At least three years of hands-on experience maintaining and operating high-pressure compressors.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management software, including SAP or Intelex, and vibration-analysis diagnostic software.
• Hands-on experience with CAD and developmental computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and mentor technicians.
• An associate degree in a mechanical field is preferred.
