Technical Service Representative (Industrial Gas Equipment)

Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States; overnight hours, four 10-hour shifts from Thursday through Sunday; up to 5% domestic travel.

What you will do

• Provide remote technical troubleshooting and support for customers, delivery drivers, Sales, Engineering, and internal teams across North America.
• Support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of cryogenic liquid bulk systems, gaseous systems, PSA, membranes, hydrogen refueling stations, and other advanced equipment.
• Evaluate incoming technical issues, determine urgency, coordinate responses, and drive service requests through completion.
• Monitor and troubleshoot alarms through the Advanced Systems alarm monitoring platform.
• Document customer and equipment issues accurately in SAP and other applicable systems.
• Process environmental incidents, product loss credit requests, account status changes, and other operational activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous technical, mechanical, equipment maintenance, operations, or troubleshooting experience.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices; this is a safety-sensitive position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive issues, make sound decisions, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC-based applications and systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with cryogenic liquid bulk apparatus, industrial gas installations, or related technologies.
• Experience supporting customers or field personnel in a technical environment.
• Military veteran experience is welcomed.
