Regional Maintenance Manager - HYCO WGC (Industrial Manufacturing)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; remote role with travel of up to 50% within the assigned region.

What you will do

• Lead the maintenance organization supporting production facilities across the West Gulf Coast HYCO Subregion.
• Drive consistent maintenance execution and improve plant reliability, productivity, and cost performance.
• Oversee maintenance planning, budgeting, forecasting, outage management, and capital project support.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Technical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance.
• Develop maintenance talent and lead complex problem-solving efforts to resolve plant reliability issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in maintenance, engineering, operations, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of people leadership or management experience, including multi-site maintenance or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability practices in industrial manufacturing, refining, petrochemical, gas processing, energy, or related environments.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance, maintenance planning tools, and systems such as SAP.
• Demonstrated success improving safety, reliability, quality, maintenance performance, and cost effectiveness.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or another technical discipline.
• Experience supporting chemical, petrochemical, energy, or process plant operations.
