What you will do

• Design and implement scalable Workday solutions across HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Security, Absence Management, Talent, Performance, and Recruiting.
• Serve as a Workday subject matter expert and liaison between business stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Gather, validate, document, and map HR business requirements to approved solutions.
• Design, test, and deliver enhancements and new functional areas.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and redesign in future releases.
• Administer the Workday application, resolve tier-2 support cases, and project manage Workday initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of Workday experience.
• Strong functional expertise in Workday Absence Management, Talent and Performance, HCM, and Security.
• At least 2–3 full-cycle Workday implementation experiences, including mandatory Absence Management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Solid understanding of human resources functions and the ability to process large amounts of information.
• Ability to collaborate with onshore and offshore teams using virtual communication tools.
