Workday SCM Consultant - Senior Associate (Workday)

Location: Chicago, United States; willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams.

What you will do

• Lead client-facing projects or Workday SCM workstreams.
• Interact extensively with clients throughout project delivery.
• Manage project activities and analyze complex data to identify actionable insights.
• Create compelling, client-ready presentations articulating results and issues.
• Develop Analysts and Coachees.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and working with business users.
• Workday implementation experience with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, and Contract Lifecycle Management is required.
• Workday Financials/Supply Chain certification or practical Workday experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cloud enterprise solution skills.
