What you will do

• Plan, shape, and deliver Workday HCM technology solutions aligned with client goals.
• Manage multiple projects with different scales and durations from initiation through completion.
• Build long-term client relationships and manage communication with client executives.
• Support institutional strategic planning and project financial management.
• Mentor and contribute to the professional development of project and technical staff.
• Translate meeting information into clear documentation for participants and project teams.

Requirements

• Workday certification with Core HCM is required.
• Prior experience as a Workday HCM functional lead across Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll.
• Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation.
• Experience with multiple cradle-to-grave implementations and client executive relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
