Workday Integration Developer (Workday)

Location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ; Southlake, TX; or Austin, TX. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support Workday integrations.
• Connect HR functions including Human Capital Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
• Support a complex enterprise environment with more than 300 integrations.
• Partner with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Development Leads, and business stakeholders.
• Lead release readiness, deployment, issue resolution, and integration strategy activities.
• Mentor team members and improve monitoring, quality, support, and operational processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience delivering, supporting, and maintaining Workday integrations and platform solutions.
• 6+ years of experience with Workday integration technologies, including Workday Studio.
• Experience with Workday release management, tenant management, test coordination, and production deployments.
• Experience with inbound and outbound integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, design secure and scalable data flows, and drive resolution across teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kainos Smart Test and Kainos Smart products.
• Experience with Jira and Atlassian tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, mentoring team members, and providing technical leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
