Senior Workday Analyst (Workday)

Location: Hybrid in Glendale, Wisconsin, with 2–3 days per week in the office; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Salary: $94,400–$119,950 per year.

What you will do

• Own Workday Talent processes, enhancements, support cases, and the related functional workstream.
• Configure Workday Talent for projects and business support while maintaining a strategic talent technology roadmap.
• Partner with HR leadership, Talent stakeholders, business teams, and IT to design scalable processes and system interfaces.
• Lead testing activities, define testing criteria, create test scripts, and validate configurations against user requirements.
• Analyze business processes, recommend improvements, and implement system changes to improve efficiency.
• Deliver user training and support operational adoption of Workday features and HR technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of Workday configuration experience and 5 years of HRIS, IT, or HR application analysis and support experience.
• Deep expertise in Workday Talent, including upgrades and new-feature management.
• Experience with business process design, documentation, data, production support, testing, auditing, and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications including MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
