Data Operations Analyst (Wealth Management)

Location: Miami, Florida, United States; onsite 4 days per week

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, support, and oversee operational data across Salesforce, Addepar, Vestmark, and other enterprise platforms.
• Perform quality assurance for client structures, attributes, account feeds, and other critical data.
• Complete data remediation and provide support for data updates where required.
• Support data conversions and migrations for integrating newly acquired firms into hirify.global.
• Create and maintain policies, procedures, process maps, and supporting documentation.

Requirements

• 2–3 or more years of experience in data science, analytics, data operations, data management, or an equivalent role.
• Experience with advanced data tools such as SQL and DBT, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Experience with Salesforce or Addepar, or the ability to learn these platforms quickly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Quantitative academic background; experience in financial services, consulting, or high-growth technology environments is preferred.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; U.S. employment opportunities are generally limited to U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
