What you will do
- Respond to supplier and provider requests through phone, email, ticketing systems, and other electronic channels, providing Level 2 support.
- Use internal tools and approved SQL queries to enter, audit, maintain, and update product and customer information.
- Investigate data discrepancies, production errors, system issues, and rejected or incomplete database access feed records.
- Validate updates, communicate resolutions, and manage requests according to established service level agreements.
- Document issues, resolutions, trends, procedures, customer information, coding schemes, and other operational data.
- Collaborate with engineering and business partners on complex issues and improvements to processes, tools, documentation, and data quality.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree with a technical background or equivalent experience.
- Experience with data management, data quality, customer support, or technical operations.
- At least 2 years of experience writing, maintaining, updating, and running SQL queries.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience using email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Experience with ticketing software such as Zendesk and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, at the listed job location.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience supporting healthcare, supplier, provider, product, or customer data.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues, data feeds, integrations, or database-related processes.
- Experience using Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, advanced lookups, and conditional logic.
