Enterprise Data Management Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Create, implement, and maintain enterprise master data management solutions.
• Analyze, research, and reconcile investment data across external sources and internal systems.
• Cleanse and enrich master data, supporting consistent and efficient data flows.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Portfolio Management, Investment Operations, clients, consultants, auditors, front-office departments, and IT.
• Develop and maintain standard taxonomies for investment data, including asset classifications and quality ratings.
• Support data governance, vendor management, troubleshooting, and improvements to enterprise data processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of data management experience, preferably in financial or investment management.
• Advanced knowledge of finance or accounting data and systems.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SQL Query.
• Intermediate knowledge of database architecture and design.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bloomberg data and Oracle SQL.
• Experience with Power BI, ETL, straight-through process management, or project management.
• Experience with agile methodology.
