  • Practical knowledge of engineering principles and experience in multidisciplinary design and development teams.
  • Knowledge of requirements management, functional requirements parsing, derivation and allocation, systems design, systems integration, technical risk management, and verification and validation principles.
  • Current active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance are required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for employment because the role requires an active U.S. security clearance.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ENOVIA Requirements Management, DOORS, Cameo, Dymola, or MATLAB.
  • Knowledge of traditional systems engineering and model-based systems engineering design principles.
  • INCOSE ASEP or CSEP certification.
  • Aerospace and defense industry experience.
  • Experience with baseline maturation, trade studies, and technical performance measurements.

Culture & Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • 401(k) plan with a 150% company match up to 6%.
  • Life insurance and three weeks of paid time off.
  • Tuition reimbursement.
