MBSE Systems Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote (U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance required)

Salary: $118,519 – $131,482 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and integration of complex enterprise systems using MBSE methodologies.
• Develop and maintain SysML models, including behavioral, structural, and requirements diagrams.
• Perform stakeholder need identification, functional decomposition, and interface definition.
• Execute trade study analysis across the full system lifecycle.
• Implement AI-driven approaches to MBSE to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Master's with 3+ years.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• Hands-on experience with industry-leading MBSE tools, specifically Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Strong understanding of SysML and general systems engineering principles.
