HR Business Partner - HR&M; and Workplace Services - New York - USDS

Location: New York, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

Salary: $124,800–$228,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align talent acquisition and HR strategies with organizational growth.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for HR and Workplace Services roles, from intake and sourcing through screening, offers, and onboarding.
• Guide talent management, performance reviews, career development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Address employee relations and conflict matters while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Use recruitment data, market insights, and talent trends to improve hiring and management practices.
• Lead or contribute to organizational effectiveness and organizational culture projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional HR experience, including HR business partnering and full-cycle talent acquisition.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end interview processes and closing complex equity offers.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Proven integrity and ability to handle highly sensitive organizational and employee information confidentially.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to work in New York with an in-person schedule of up to 5 days per week.
