Salary: $31.50–$55.00 per hour.

What you will do
- Provide nursing care for pediatric patients with solid tumors and neuro-oncology disorders on the 17-bed Kay 5 unit.
- Support groundbreaking cell therapies and antibody infusions.
- Assess patients, interpret age-specific clinical data, and address pain and developmental needs.
- Educate patients and families while collaborating with clinical and research teams.
- Work night shifts in a setting with small nurse-to-patient ratios.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- BSN and at least 18 months of clinical nursing experience, including St. Jude or other RN experience.
- Experience in pediatric or oncology nursing, with intermediate pediatric assessment, critical-thinking, and pain-assessment skills.
- Working knowledge of research protocols and strong clinical, interpersonal, and patient-education skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; PALS or ACLS may be required as applicable.
- Current nursing licensure is required in Tennessee or the candidate's primary-residence state, depending on Nurse Licensure Compact status.

- Certified Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse (CPHON) certification.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification.
