Fabrication Technician (CNC)

Location: Greencastle, Pennsylvania, United States; in-person and on-site

What you will do

• Operate CNC and other production machines to cut, bend, shape, and fabricate metal parts and subassemblies.
• Train on and run punch presses, press brakes, plasma and laser cutters, shears, rollers, band saws, robotic work cells, and CNC machining centers or lathes.
• Move, load, unload, position, and stack materials and parts using overhead cranes and other equipment.
• Use measuring tools accurately and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Cross-train across production areas while maintaining quality, cleanliness, safety, and 6S standards.
• Work scheduled overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, when required by production demands.

Requirements

• Previous machine-operating experience in manufacturing or general labor.
• Reliable, regular attendance and the ability to work in person on site are required.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to read and use measuring tools and follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions, lifting up to 35 pounds and pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• At least one year of machine-operating experience in manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of machine programs.
