Organic Search Manager (AI Search Optimization)

Location: Remote - US; candidates must reside in states where hirify.global or one of its subsidiaries has an established physical presence.

Salary: $62,800–$100,800 base salary annually, plus eligibility for up to 10% annual incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and execute SEO, AI Search Optimization, Generative Engine Optimization, and Answer Engine Optimization strategies.
• Research keywords, prompts, topics, competitors, search intent, and emerging search trends across the customer journey.
• Monitor hirify.global visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and other AI-powered search experiences.
• Create content briefs, optimization recommendations, refresh plans, topic ecosystems, and content gap analyses.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, monitor website health, and partner with stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Build recurring reports and collaborate with brand marketing, content, web development, PR, and agency partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7 years of experience in search optimization.
• Experience with AISO, GEO, AEO, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of technical search principles, website architecture, structured data, and schema implementation.
• Experience with technical SEO audits, search-driven content strategies, digital PR, and authority-building programs.
• Experience with SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical reporting.
