Senior Content Marketer, SEO (AI)

Location: Fully remote within the Americas or EMEA; at least 4 hours of overlap with US time zones (EST/PST) required.

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 USD annually, based on experience, skills, and demonstrated impact.

What you will do

• Research and write blog posts, guides, and landing pages designed to perform in search while addressing customer products, audiences, and search intent.
• Review all content delivered by account contributors, including freelancer-written and AI-assisted drafts, before it reaches customers.
• Refresh and optimize existing content for rankings, engagement, traditional search, and AI-powered discovery.
• Use GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and related tools to diagnose performance issues and recommend prioritized improvements.
• Brief and manage freelance writers, maintain brand guides, track customer feedback, and keep content calendars on schedule.
• Communicate with customers about deliverables, timelines, revisions, reporting, and content performance.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS.
• Exceptional writing skills, strong editorial judgment, and the ability to adapt content to different brands.
• Deep knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, content audits, competitive analysis, and SEO performance diagnosis.
• Growing hands-on understanding of AI-driven search visibility and AEO.
• Experience using SEO and analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Clearscope or equivalents.
• Experience working with writers, communicating with customers, and managing multiple accounts, contributors, and deadlines.
