Search Experience Specialist (SEO/GEO)

What you will do

• Execute SEO, GEO/AEO, and content deliverables for multiple client accounts.
• Conduct keyword research, maintain keyword maps and content clusters, and align topics with client goals and qualified traffic opportunities.
• Optimize content, review support-resource deliverables, and maintain quality, accuracy, and brand-voice standards.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports connecting organic search activity to client KPIs.
• Communicate with account teams and clients, flagging updates, anomalies, risks, and questions proactively.
• Use Claude, Nova, Asana, Slack, Google Drive, and related workflows to manage delivery, QA, testing, and reporting.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an organic search role, including an internship or comparable experience.
• Foundational understanding of SEO and GEO, including on-page, technical, and off-page search.
• Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Profound, and Screaming Frog.
• Strong time management, prioritization, organization, and ability to manage multiple client deliverables.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication; advanced spoken and written English is required.
• Comfort using Claude or comparable AI tools in daily workflows and willingness to develop fluency quickly.
