Organic Search Strategist

What you will do

• Create, execute, and adjust SEO and content strategies aligned with client KPIs and organic search goals.
• Manage client accounts independently, including deliverables, timelines, reporting, and strategic communication.
• Monitor algorithm updates, ranking changes, traffic, revenue, and lead generation, and communicate relevant insights to clients and internal teams.
• Deliver accurate SEO and content work while maintaining hirify.global’s weekly operating processes.
• Develop organic search roadmaps and collaborate with other channels on cross-channel strategies.
• Use AI technologies and the Nova ecosystem to improve departmental business processes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in an SEO-based, client-facing role.
• Experience working with ecommerce clients.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, and Screaming Frog.
• Foundational knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO and SEO content alignment with business goals.
• Strong time management, prioritization, organization, problem-solving, presentation, and client communication skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States is required.
