What you will do

  • Develop and execute global strategies to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic for Health Information Systems.
  • Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices for AI-powered search and conversational discovery.
  • Conduct keyword, content, and competitive research to inform optimization priorities.
  • Collaborate with integrated marketing, product marketing, and web stakeholders to translate insights into content enhancements.
  • Lead digital asset upload and metadata management within the DAM system to improve governance and SEO performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content strategy.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status.
  • Experience in core SEO disciplines: keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and performance analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with GEO or optimizing content for AI-driven search and answer engines.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, B2B, or other regulated industries.
  • Background supporting digital marketing programs within a global organization.
