What you will do

• Call policy holders to arrange the collection of accident-damaged vehicles and record accurate information and driver notes.
• Contact holding garages and accident repair centres to confirm vehicle charges, payment methods, and collection details.
• Negotiate collection charges in line with company guidelines and obtain client approval before allocating collections to drivers.
• Coordinate bookings within customer SLAs and maintain daily updates for an assigned collection area.
• Handle customer, supplier, and public enquiries while completing general office administration, including database updates, scanning, typing, and filing.

Requirements

• Good IT skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
• Professional telephone manner and confidence negotiating collection charges.
• Experience working to tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Ability to understand and work within contract SLAs, manage priorities, work independently, and contribute to a team.
• Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
• Applicants must be legally entitled to work in the United Kingdom.
