ISC Data Solutions Sr Director (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid role based at the corporate headquarters in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, United States. Relocation support is provided for the right candidate. Travel of 10%–30% is required, including domestic and international travel.

Compensation range: $204,400–$304,000 annually, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Develop and implement a global manufacturing strategy aligned with business growth and market demand.
• Identify optimal locations for manufacturing facilities based on cost, logistics, market proximity, and geopolitical risk.
• Partner with R&D, procurement, logistics, finance, and other functions to integrate the global supply chain strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality across global facilities.
• Build supply chain risk mitigation strategies that support business continuity and resilience.
• Champion Lean maturity, servant leadership, coaching, mentorship, and development of the manufacturing talent bench.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar field; an MBA or other graduate degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain transformation, and/or plant leadership in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Lean methodologies.
• Knowledge of advanced manufacturing engineering, automation, and AI.
• Experience working in a global, highly matrixed environment and the ability to lead, influence, and build relationships across functions and organizational levels.
