Director, Delivery Operations Solutions

Location: Morristown, New Jersey; onsite. Applications are limited to US and Puerto Rico residents.

Salary: $150,000–$216,666.66 per year

What you will do

• Lead demand management, order fulfillment, distribution, and customer delivery operations supporting hirify.global’s vaccine portfolio.
• Design and implement inventory management, returns processing, supply chain integration, and differentiated customer delivery solutions.
• Coordinate planning, readiness, testing, ordering, product allocation, and shipping activities across hirify.global and VaxServe.
• Partner with health systems, group purchasing organizations, distributors, manufacturing, customer service, sales, marketing, and immunization partners.
• Develop delivery forecasts, demand and service metrics, operational scorecards, and contingency plans.
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities for operational improvement and competitive differentiation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, demand planning, business operations, or commercial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree; supply chain, logistics, operations management, business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and managing order fulfillment, product allocation, inventory, and distribution processes.
• Working knowledge of EDI and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with distributors, third-party logistics providers, and customer delivery solutions.
• Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident; this is an onsite role in Morristown, New Jersey.

• Experience in vaccines, pharmaceuticals, biologics, healthcare, or related industries.
• Experience with health systems, GPOs, distributors, and integrated delivery networks.
• Experience implementing customer supply chain integrations, digital operational solutions, large-scale transformations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advanced project and program management, data analytics, operational performance management, and financial acumen.
