Director, Supply Chain Reliability (Pharmaceutical Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid role based in Titusville, New Jersey, United States, with alternate locations in Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States; Cork, Ireland; Beerse, Belgium; or Zug, Switzerland. On-site work is required at least three days per week, with two remote workdays available.

Salary: $150,000–$258,750 per year

What you will do

• Define and lead the enterprise strategy for end-to-end supply chain performance management and reliability.
• Design standardized performance frameworks, enterprise scorecards, KPI definitions, and tiered governance reviews.
• Develop reliability methodologies to identify, prioritize, and resolve recurring and systemic supply chain risks.
• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain performance and reliability organization.
• Advance digital tools, automation, analytics, and AI for real-time performance visibility and decision-making.
• Drive cross-functional issue resolution, operational excellence, change management, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent university degree required; Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience and experience in supply chain management.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, manufacturing, quality, delivery, and/or procurement.
• Experience leading enterprise performance management systems, governance frameworks, digital transformations, and change initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder influence, people development, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required. Up to 15% domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
• Experience integrating AI and advanced analytics into supply chain decision-making.
• Knowledge of Johnson & Johnson supply chain operating models, systems, and performance management frameworks.
• Ability to synthesize complex operational, financial, and technical data into executive-level recommendations.
