Drafter/Designer (SolidWorks)

What you will do

• Create, revise, and maintain 3D models and engineering drawings in SolidWorks.
• Create and edit 2D drawings in AutoCAD using GD&T and applicable drafting standards.
• Collaborate with engineers to interpret design intent and produce accurate technical documentation.
• Upload, organize, revise, and control engineering documents in SAP/ECTR, including parts, assemblies, drawings, procedures, and records.
• Prepare weekly Engineering Change Notice lists, coordinate approvals, and release final documents.
• Process and track Change Board implementation workflows, resolving issues and bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Two-year diploma in Design/Drafting.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Drafter or in a similar technical drafting role.
• At least 3 years of experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SAP, ECTR, and Excel.
• Experience with SAP/ECTR in a document-controlled environment and understanding of engineering change workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
